Our roaster, Rosso Coffee Roasters, is a world leader in roasting quality, ethical, and sustainable beans. Their website states, "It's important for us to understand where coffee comes from, and [how farming, roasting and]  brew method, have diverse effects on how the final cup will taste." At Anita Coffee, we feel the same way and always find new ways to improve our farm-to-cup footprint.

Bringing quality to each beverage also comes with prioritizing working with Canadian companies and doing our part to protect our most valuable asset, Lake Huron. We have minimized our waste by not using straws, stir sticks, cup cozies, or individual sugar packets. We invite guests to do their part by composting Anita Coffee cups or bringing their own to receive a discount on their drinks.
